Rocky Mountain ADA Training: Service Animals in the Workplace

This training hosted alongside the South Dakota Division of Rehabilitation Services, the South Dakota Retailers Association, and the Sioux Falls Business Network was presented by Maggie & Ed from the Rocky Mountain ADA Center.

This presentation is intended as informal guidance, providing information to determine your rights and responsibilities under the ADA.

Attendees were able to learn the definitions of “service animals” and how they differ from emotional support animals, as well as handler rights and responsibilities, and important knowledge for employers and public businesses/spaces.
